Targets of project :

Wastewater treatment 3,303,250 m3 / year  with capacity of for the utilization of 12 villages with a total population of 34080 people, providing basis for design in other climatic conditions by different treatment methods with outputs gathered; from this application; setting up of assumptions and criteria; collection and analysis of social and economic data related to wastewater reuse; increasing the value of agricultural products by using treated water; using wastewater sludge as fertilizer; reducing pollution in surface and underground waters; relieving of restrictions in use of water resources; preventing immigrationto urban areas due to environmenutal degradation.

Scope of contract;

Preparation of 2 nd Stage (Extension) Design and Tender Dossier of Solid Waste Facility

Scope of Project: In the second storage area of 910.000 m3 waste capacity to be used until 2020; Basin geotextile impermeable cover, transmission lines for collection of leachate and disposal at the existing leachate treatment plant, rainwater drainage system and asphalt coating service road and environmental lighting works.

TEMPO wad implemented the design and construction supervision of the 1st Stage Solid Waste Storage Facility financed by KfW between 2004-2007 as a consortium member.

Scope of Coutract;

Preparation of Typical Application Design Drawigs and tecnical specifications for 4 Transfer Stations and preparations of  tender documents for procurement of tractor, trailers, aleoader and a road sweeping vehicle.

Scope of Project;

The Solid Waste Management Feasibility Study for Kayseri was carried out by Teknik TEMPO in 2010. Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality has started investments with the World Bank Municipal Services Loan in line with the work determined in line with this study and a contract has been signed for the consultancy services (design, procurement and construction supervision) during Teknik TEMPO-IGIP Business Partnership and municipal application.

The project area is located in Kayseri province, Kocasinan District, Boğazköprü Mahallesi, Navruzluk. The surface area is 410,366,43 m2.

Scope of Countract:

Within the scope of consultancy services, the implementation designs for sanitary landfill area and pilot composting plant and tender documents were prepared for procurement of construction works and operation-maintenance equipment, Technical assistance was provided during the tender and contract negatiotion phase and supervision services were assured during construction / installation period.

Scope of Project;

Preparation of the Master Plan for Solid Waste Management for the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, whose responsibility area expands to cover all districts in the prevince the new municipal law no: 6360 For this purpose; determination of existing situation within the provincial borders, analysis of existing and current studies, preparation of solid waste projections and/or the updating of existing projections, evaluation of solid waste disposal options, determination of acilities to be built in the future senitary landfill area, compost area, (transfer stations, alternative technologies), cost estimates and recommendations on the most appropriate waste management scheme.

Scope of contract;

The project includes feasibility studies with the goal of establishing an integrated solid waste management system in Ganja city of Azerbaijan with a population of approximately 400,000. Teknik TEMPO as a regional partner of the international consulting consortium; preparation of the present situation report reflecting the existing waste management situation, Assessment of the alternatives for waste disposal systems by technical and financial aspects, realization of the land survey and map measurement studies on the planned new waste disposal site, waste analysis study, determination of future investments and concepdesign, Preparation of preliminary designs for a new 3 million m3 capacity landfill site consisting of 3 parts in 25 ha area, closure and rehabilitation of existing wild storage areas, 50,400 ton capacity waste separation plant annually for the separation of recyclable wastes , medical waste sterilization facility as well as initial Environmental Impact Assessment studies.

Definition of Engineering Services:

Tempo Altyapı had previously prepared infiastructure desing for the 1st and 2nd  expansion areas of 270 ha within Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, The 3rd stage of expansion of 42 ha was olso awatded to Teknik Tempo.

Scope of contract:

Preparation of designs Bills of Quantities of Main distribution lines for drinking (4065m), waste  water (6285m) and  stormwater drainage (4175m) networks, wastewater pumping station, service roads (3142m), MV line (17km) and LV line (4095m) and indoor and outdoor  lighting systems and specifications.

The services within the contract were completed on time.

Scope of the Engineering Services Contract;

Preparation of designs of roads, drinking water, wastewater and storm drainage drainage systems, electricity distribution and lighting and natural gas systems, preparation of technical specifications and Bill of Quantities for the expansion area of Sakarya 1st Organized Industrial Zone.

The services within the contract were completed on time.

Construction Contract;

 

The contract covers two regions (LOTs)

LOT 1)  Erzincan-Ergan Mountain Tourism Facilities Infrastructure

At the first stage, the target is the year of 2025 and 6250 people will be made for the population:

• Drinking Water System: 14 km drinking water transmission line and distribution network, 1 main water storage and 3 water intake structures
• Waste Water System (Design and Build): 8 km wastewater collector and main line, 22 manholes, wastewater treatment facility (biological package treatment, field lighting, sludge dewatering, energy transformer and generator units)

LOT 2 ) Kars-Sarıkamış Tourism Area Infrastructure

At the first stage, the target is the year of 2025 and 8250 people will be made for the population:

• Wastewater System (Design-Build): 12 km wastewater collector and mains line, 233 manholes,
• Wastewater treatment facility (biological treatment, field illumination, sludge dewatering, energy transformer and generator units)
• Landscape (Construction): The construction of a square in front of the accommodation facilities on the mountain of Ciğiltepe and the stone pavement, ladders, retaining walls, irrigation system, lighting works
• Social Facilities (Buildings): Buildings that are used daily and consist of cafes, shops and WCs (2 blocks)

Construction works are still in progress according to the program.
