Definition of Engineering Services:

Tempo Altyapı had previously prepared infiastructure desing for the 1st and 2nd expansion areas of 270 ha within Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, The 3rd stage of expansion of 42 ha was olso awatded to Teknik Tempo.

Scope of contract:

Preparation of designs Bills of Quantities of Main distribution lines for drinking (4065m), waste water (6285m) and stormwater drainage (4175m) networks, wastewater pumping station, service roads (3142m), MV line (17km) and LV line (4095m) and indoor and outdoor lighting systems and specifications.

The services within the contract were completed on time.

Jenin (Palestine) Organized Industrial Zone Infrastructure Project

Scope of the consultancy services contract;

Engineering services fot the Orgazined Industrial Zone of 90 ha within the Jenin Free Trade Zone, located 3 km north of Jenin City in the northern part of the Palestinian West Bank and in the northern part of the country.

The services include

1- Preparation of Master Plan

2- Preparation of Tender Files for the 3-stage construction model including design and technical specifications all infrastructure such as drinking water, wastewater, rain water, energy supply and electricity, communication, service roads, landscape and zoning plan, preparation of technical specifications and tender files.

The project is still going on.
