The Consultancy Services Contract covers supervision services for the construction and installation works during pre-construction, construction and post-construction (Operation and Maintenance and Defects Notification Period) in accordance with the FIDIC Red Book conditions, The leading company is KOLTEK Consultants.<\/p>\n

The Contract includes Service Building (1430 m\u00b2) Auxilliary Building (265 m\u00b2):, Weighing Unit (87 m\u00b2), Security Building (17 m\u00b2), Shelter\/pentroof (1300 m\u00b2), Fire-Protection (40m\u00b2)and Control (87 m\u00b2) Building , Elevator (70 m\u00b2), Grain handling units (200 m\u00b2) and silos (12 no 5000 ton and 10 no. 3000 ton)\u00a0 and\u00a0 underground channel and galleries, Landscaping, Retaining Walls (860 m).<\/p>\n

Construction and installation works are completed and Taking Over Certificate is issued and the Project is at the stage of final acceptance.<\/p>\n
