Scope of the Consultancy Services Contract;

Review and become familiar with the technical documentation for the execution of the transformation and refurbishment works to the building and supply of equipment and AC system to be installed to the building,

With a view to, and prior to, final acceptance by GIZ which is assigned to manage and supervise transformation and refurbishment works and delivery, installation and commissioning of the related supplies, (and excluding security and IT interventions and supplies):

• Verify that on-going execution of internal and external transformation and refurbishment works, is in compliance with the relevant technical/contractual specifications and standards;

• Verify that the delivery, installation and commissioning of supplies is in compliance with the relevant technical/contractual specifications and standards;
• Verify that all necessary permits and contracts for utilities and other services, for full operation of the new EUPSO premises are in place and that the utilities and services are fully provided from day one of EUPSO operation at the new Yenisehir/Alper Snozos building
• Perform any investigations deemed necessary with regard to the above tasks;
• Perform ad hoc tests if any are deemed to be necessary;
• Provide recommendations on how to address identified non-compliances, if any;

Provide written confirmation to the Contracting Authority on the full readiness for final approval and use of the new EUPSO premises at the Yenisehir/Alper Suozos building. Readiness will be confirmed in two stages: preliminarily when the works and most of the supplies are completed, by 20 July 2017; finally when the security and fire-resistant doors are installed in December 2017.
