Scope of the Consultancy Services Contract;

1- Technical Assistance and Capacity Facility / WUD and Projects for Projects

• Institutional and Operational Analysis Gap analysis, Determination of Training Needs, Capacity Development Program and Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Plan in this context, increase of management skills of personnel, proposal for a new organizational structure,

• Technical assistance and capacity building and support for the preparation of GIS use, preparation of water and wastewater network digital maps, plan report for drinking water loss and fugitive and loss and leakage prevention report and for non-revenue water consumption, support for hydraulic modeling of drinking water system,
• Water Resources Conservation Plan
• Sludge Management Plan,
• Development of methodologies and procedures

2- Support for Equipment Procurement Component

3- Construction Supervision Services Rehabilitation of the existing drinking water supply system (FIDIC Red Book);

• Inspection of construction works according to FIDIC requirements For the
• Installation of the monitoring system (outputs of the reservoirs)
• Rehabilitation of existing four reservoirs and construction of 1 new water reservoir
• 2 new pump stations built
• 9900 household connections (8,000 units)
• Construction of 10 km transmission lines (between water supply and treatment and depot)
• Construction of 195 km / renewal network (last number 226 Km with addition and cancellation)
• Rehabilitation of the light source
• Desing and Construction of the Arrangement Plant, 26,562m3 / day (FIDIC Yellow Book)
